I met Dan in 1997 after getting promoted from Dayton to Springfield. He was one of the first members of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office I met and we just stuck! I thought of him like a brother snd we stayed connected since. It didn’t matter the distance, time of day or occasion, Dan always stayed in touch and each connect reminded me just how special he was. I am eternally thankful for his love and friendship and will never forget the profound impact he had on me personally and professionally. Thanks for the memories and rest in heaven. To Melissa, Garry and the family, thanks for sharing Dan and thanks for your sacrifices as he pursued a life of service at the Sheriff’s Office! You all are in my thoughts snd prayers.
