Woodrow W. Wilke

WILKE, Woodrow W., 97, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014 in Key Largo, FL. He was born December 22, 1916 in Champaign County the son of Rudolph and Lillian (Howard) Wilke. He had worked at Brain Lumber for a number of years and later worked for himself delivering mobile homes. Woody was a member of the High Street Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include one daughter, Patricia & Ray Eubanks, Key Largo, FL; four stepchildren, Ron Holsinger, OH, Brenda & Russ Day, OH, Patti & Dave Beverly, OH and Douglas & Debbie Holsinger, OH; six grandchildren, Traci, Wendy and Steven Sachs and Ray, Jenny and Angie Eubanks; five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brother, Eldon Wilke. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Edna, his second wife, Mazie, sister, Gertrude Wilke, brother, Rodger Wilke, half-brother, Larry Cozad, son-in-law, Martin Sachs. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2014 in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Bill Blain. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
