William E. "Billy" Myers

Myers, William E. "Billy", 67, of Springfield passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2013 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born on June 30, 1946 in Springfield to Alonzo and Mary (Fisher) Myers. Billy worked as an assembler for International Harvester for 38 years, was a member of Fellowship Christian Church, the Union Club and Knights of Columbus #624. Billy is survived by his wife, Delores Irene (Anderkin) Myers; children, Tim (Teresa) Myers, Centerville, Bob (Sabra) Myers, Lakeland, FL, Lisa (Derek) Toyne, Kettering, Zack Myers, Tremont City, step-daughters, Tammy (Ben) McConaha, Springfield, and Patricia (Kevin) Seibert, Springfield; 12 Grandchildren, Jacob, Amanda, Abigail, Jackson, Cooper, Chloe, Jacob, Sam, Seth, Grace, Christopher and Maggie; one great grandson, Liam; brother, Tom (Judie) Myers, Springfield; brother-in-law, Bill Shirey, Indian Lake; and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy and Joe Trainer; and a sister, Mary Lou Shirey. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:30-7:30 p.m. in CONROY FUNERAL HOME and one hour prior to the service Friday. His funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Jeremy Hudson officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
