Vivian Brandenburg

Brandenburg, Vivian V., 97, of Springfield, went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ Sunday, November 23, 2014 in the Springfield Masonic Home, in the presence of her loved ones. She was born May 31, 1917 in Clark County, Ohio to Harley S. and Minnie J. (Harris) Givens. Vivian was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church for a number of years. Survivors include two children, Sandra J. (Ken) Pelfrey and Michael J. (Judy) Brandenburg, both of Springfield; four grandchildren, Karen (Roger) Fenwick, Steve (Kim) Pelfrey, Molly (Randall) East and Mindy (David) Stinger; seven great grandchildren, Justin (Brooke, fiancé) Adkins, Brandon (Jessie) Fenwick, Ryan Pelfrey, Derek Pelfrey, Alison Stinger, Logan and Alex East; and a niece, Virginia (Larry) Williams, of WA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Glen, in 1988; a sister, Monna Mougey; and three brothers, Lewis, Grant and Pearl Givens. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will begin two hours prior in the funeral home. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery.
