Therese M. (Shay) McNeal

McNeal, Therese M. (Shay), 74, of Springfield, passed away on January 18, 2016 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. Therese was born on January 13, 1942 in Springfield to Robert L. and Ruth Ann (Jordan) Shay. She had been employed at Ohio Thermometer and was a member of St. Joseph Church. Survivors include her siblings, Robert L. (Ellen) Shay, David M. (Theresa) Shay, Mary Ann (Shay) Evans and Kathleen (Shay) Callison; dear cousins, Elizabeth Cox and Janie Polhman; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Deacon Norm Horstman officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior starting at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Animal Welfare League.
