Shannon Ray Boldman

BOLDMAN, Shannon Ray, 77, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Scioto County, Ohio on November 23, 1938 the son of Ernest and Dorothy (Sloas) Boldman. He had worked as a truck driver for Roadway Express for a number of years and was a member of Masonic Lodge #221 in West Jefferson and Hog Organization. He enjoyed car shows and riding his Harley's. Survivors include two children, Nikki Boldman and Tim Boldman, Springfield; special friend, Diane McKee; three grandchildren, Tyler Boldman, Cameron Miller and Rachel Boldman; two great grandchildren; one sister, Betty Pierson and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Alene in 2013 and a son, Scott Boldman. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Adam McCarty officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
