Schuyler Thomas Mollett

Mollett, Schuyler Thomas, 21, born Nov. 3, 1991 and passed on Aug. 8, 2013, the world lost a defender of great and small. Our son, brother, uncle and friend. Schuyler "Bobby" fell victim to yet another senseless act of violence. Schuyler was a gentle giant who knew no fear, no stranger and would go out of his way to help anyone that had a need. He loved to fish, play pool, talk and joke and spend time with family and friends. Schuyler was a truly loving and caring young boy who will be missed greatly by all of the many lives he touched. We will dearly miss his grins and hugs. Schuyler graduated from Springfield High School and CTC Carpentry program in 2010. He was briefly in the U.S. Army and worked various jobs including manufacturing, carpentry, masonry, auto repair and tree trimming. Schuyler is survived by his parents, Leslie (Matt) Blevins and Tom (April French) Mollett; step parents, Carla Luster and Jim Yates; sisters, Sydney Mollett (Richard Jeffrey), Hayleigh Mollett, Shelby and Mattylyn Blevins; step brother, Jimmy Yates; niece Savannah Jeffrey; grandparents, Judith Wolfenbarger, Roy (Irene) Mollett and Jerry (Patty) Blevins; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; special friend, Eddie (Candy) Rigsby; second family, Thomas (Debbie) Kane; life long friend, Thomas Kane. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Father William Kramer officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Blevins family.
