Rosemary (Marous) Klenke

Klenke, Rosemary (Marous), 92, of Springfield, Ohio, died Wednesday, August 26, 2015. She was born May 16, 1923 in Westview Pennsylvania, the daughter of Joseph and Marie (Beran) Marous. Rosemary was an active member of St Bernard Catholic Church, including the sewing guild, visiting shut-ins, and serving on a variety of church committees. Her hobbies included, knitting, sewing, and enjoying her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, William C. Klenke. She was the loving mother to; Mary Lou Bartlett of Springfield, OH, William E. (Karen) Klenke of Modesto CA, Christopher J. (Cathy) Klenke of South Vienna, OH, John P. (Linda) Klenke of Springfield, OH, Gerri A. (Tim) Mersch of Hamilton, OH, and Julie A. (Jay) Waddell of Fairview Park, OH. She was blessed with six grandchildren, Jennifer Klenke, Jeffrey Klenke, Barret Klenke (Deceased), Elizabeth Klenke Moorhead, Anna Klenke, Jayson Waddell, and Jessica Waddell. One precious great grandchild Alana Moorhead. She was the eldest sister to Joseph Marous, Albert Marous, George Marous, Barbara Linkenhoker and Beatrice Pauly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11:00 am at St Bernard Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the mass beginning 10:00 am. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Forest Glen Health Center and ViaQuest Hospice for their compassionate care and support. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St Bernard Catholic Church. Arrangements are being handled by the Conroy Funeral Home.
