Robert William Hensley

Hensley Sr., Robert "Rob" William, was born in Springfield, Ohio on December 13, 1964. Rob passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 23, 2024. Rob is a Shawnee High School Alumni class of '83. Rob was a hard-working man who took pride in his work as a sprinkler fitter in the local 669 for 30 years. Following his career, Rob proudly started his own company, A.S.A.P General Contractors. His passion, care, and commitment to his customers sparked many great customers and many friends. He was an avid Ohio State and Cincinnati Bengals fan and wore his jerseys every game day. Rob is survived by his mother, Ann Hensley; two brothers and sister, Ryan (Alice) Hensley, Morgan (Misty) Perry, and Louri (Doug) Bayliss; three children, Billy (Christina) Hensley, Kayleigh (Travis) Cochran and Heather (Cainan) Carbon-Thompson; eight grandchildren, Lillian, Audrey, Addie, Sebastian, Juniper, Brantley, Garrett, and Casen. He was preceded in death by his father, Everet Hensley and his sister, Lisa Mowery. Closed services are being held for close family and friends.
