Robert C. Butler, Sr.

BUTLER, Robert C., Sr., 95, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018. He was born in Harmony, Ohio on October 24, 1923 the son of Howard and Leona Murl (Rice) Butler. He was a US Army veteran having served in WWII and retired from International Harvester after 30 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 64 years, Beatrice Butler. Survivors include two sons, Robert C. Butler, Jr. and Howard Butler, both of Springfield; one daughter, Patricia & Doug Yinger, Woodstock, GA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, he was one of 5 children, three of whom are still living. Private Services were held at the convenience of the family.
