Robert A. Frost

Frost, Robert A., 88, of Springfield, passed away at 4:45 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015 in his home. He was born in Kings Creek, Ohio on July 13, 1926 the son of Cyrus and Lettie (Hines) Frost. He worked as an auto mechanic for Springfield Chrysler Plymouth for 50 years, was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Juanita G. (Jernigan); seven children, Pauline Lambert, Elizabeth Ann Frost-Pemberton, Alicia Miller, Wanda French, Christopher Frost, Paul Frost and Ralph French; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and his faithful dog, Bubba. He was preceded in death by two children, Robert J. Frost and Mary Corwin and his grandson, Robert Lambert. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Bernard Church. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Mausoleum.
