Richard A. Wells, Sr.

Wells, Sr., Richard A., 68, of South Vienna, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 in his home. Richard was born December 31, 1948 in Springfield, OH to James and Julia (Robinson) Wells. He had many different jobs, and was considered a jack of all trades. Survivors include his loving wife, Linda (Congrove) Wells, three children, James (Sherry) Wells, Rebekah (Brian) Dixon and Richard (Sheena) Wells, Jr.; two step children, Natalie (Randy) Phillips and Scott Phillips; four grandchildren, Alexis, Austin, Anna and Harrison; eight step-grandchildren, Bryce, Madison, Brook, Katy, Levi, Natasha, Taya and Carson; one sister, Nancy (Dan) Lester; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings, Steve Wells and Vickie Lynn. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 - 7 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Bill Blain officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
