Philip Scott Williams

WILLIAMS, Philip Scott, 46, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly January 20, 2015 in his residence. He was born February 26, 1968 in Springfield, the son of late Philip Williams and Gail (Walls) Williams-Palmer. He is survived by his mother; one son; one grandson; two sisters, Christine Bayes and Angela Simonton; former brother-in-law, James Bayes, whom Scott referred to as a brother, and several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held one hour prior from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Philip's name to Community Housing Project c/o Mental Health Services of Clark County, 474 N. Yellow Springs St., Springfield, Ohio 45504.
