Patti Y. Meade

Meade, Patti Y., 84, of South Vienna, died April, 15, 2015 in Forest Glen Health Campus. She was born January 29, 1931 in Clark County, OH to Charles F. and Sarah L. (Davis) Fisher. Patti loved to water ski, dance, and be adventurous. Survivors include her three children and spouses, Kip (Carol) Meade, Harmony, OH, Robb (Lori) Meade, South Vienna, OH and Jeb Meade, Springfield, OH; six grandchildren, Joshua (Teri) Meade, KC (Bob) Stimmel, Luci Meade, Levi Meade, Colton, Meade and Rachael Meade; two great grandchildren, Lilly and Charlie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 2005. The family would like to express their appreciation to the doctors and staff of Forest Glen for their care. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. The family will receive friends one hour prior, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Memorial donation may be made to the ALS Foundation.
