Skinner, Patrick K., 58, of Springfield, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Monday, January 15, 2018 in Kindred Hospital of Dayton. Patrick was born January 4, 1960 in Springfield, Ohio to Paul and Nancy (Shonkwiler) Skinner. He was a 1978 graduate of Catholic Central High School and was a member of St. Raphael Church. He retired from Kroger's after 40 years as a meat cutter, was an avid Nascar fan and member of the Buckeye Club. He had a love for Camaro's and was a proud and previous owner of multiple Camaro's. He was also a huge Notre Dame, Ohio State and Cincinnati Reds fan. Patrick loved his family and always enjoyed family gatherings. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Linda; three siblings, Doug (Kim) Skinner, Kathy (Paul) Orahood and Kevin (Denise) Skinner; four nieces and nephews, Jason and Shawn Staggs, Joe Skinner and Katie (John) Hofmann; great niece and nephew, Noah and Katherine Staggs; mother-in-law, Opal Johnson; sister-in-law, Donna (Larry) Boetticher; brother-in-law, Steve Johnson; and three dogs, Lexie, Hunter and RaeRae. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 - 4 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Raphael Church with Fr. Bill Kramer officiating.
