Patricio Jose Enrique deOyarzabal

deOyarzabal, Patricio Jose Enrique, 86, died January 20, 2024 surrounded by his children. He was born February 20, 1937 in Springfield, OH, to Patricio and Maria deOyarzabal. He graduated from Catholic Central and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a dedicated Springfield City Firefighter until his retirement in 1987. As a young man he played the organ for St. Raphael Church. He also enjoyed the outdoors and was meticulous in taking care of his log cabin and the land it sits on. He leaves behind to cherish his legacy his loving wife, Carole; children, Pat deOyarzabal, Tonya Eales, Nikki Cochran and stepson, Toby Lyons; 7 grandchildren, Brock Cochran, Paige Cochran, Monte Dyke, Jena (Logan) Galberach, Logan (Mason) Sherrock, Seth (Megan) Cochran and Elijah (Lina) Cochran; 7 great grandchildren, Carson, Alex, Quinn, Landon, Charlie, Lillie and Crew. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Alicia (Weechie) and Maria (Susie); and a granddaughter, Jordan. No services will be held at this time. There will be a private graveside service for family at a later date. Arrangements by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
