Patricia M. Hively

Hively, Patricia M., 89, of Springfield, died November 21, 2015 in Southbrook Care Center. She was born February 20, 1926 in Springfield, OH to Carl and Gladys (Bauer) Remmetter. Patty worked in the Tax Department for the Kissell Company for 30 years. She was a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, avid bowler, a member of Vintage Voices, Ohio Lyric Chorus, and volunteered at the Kuss Auditorium. The love of her life was her family, especially all her grandchildren. Survivors include two children, Linda (Tom) Cooper, New Carlisle and Steve (Judy) Hively, Springfield; a sister, Mary Lou McPommell; and 10 grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren; former daughter in law, Kathy Hively Harris. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard and a son, Dan; two brothers, Paul and Carl. Friends may call in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Funeral services will held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with Fr. John MacQuarrie officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Miami Valley Hospice.
