Patricia L. Donahue

Donahue (Hayes), Patricia L., 90, of Springfield, OH died on May 9, 2013 in her residence. Patricia was born January 22, 1923 in Springfield to Charles and Dorothy (Fifer) Malley. She worked as an office manager with her husband, Dr. Thomas M. Hayes for many years. Patty was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church where she served as a sacristan. Survivors include her four children, Patrick (Carolyn) Hayes, Eileen (Tom) Windon of Springfield, James (Patricia) Donahue of Baltimore, MD and Mary Ellen (Mike) Accacella of Enon; twelve grandchildren, Tim Humphrey, Nancy Casey, Justin (Suzanne) Nuzum, Scott (Amy) Walters, Michael (Ann-Marie) Walters, Heidi (Chuck) Evans, J.T. (Marianne) Windon, Shannon, John, Meghan and Grace Donahue, and Elizabeth Accocella; 12 great grandchildren, Anthony, Kori, Terius, Erica, Anna, Meagan, Jamie, Colin, Charlee, Amber, Jake and Brandon; two great great grandchildren, Jerome and Adrianna; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dr. Thomas M. Hayes and her second husband, John R. Donahue. The family would like to express their appreciation to Community Mercy Hospice and Lorraine, Dominique and Teresa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Teresa Church with family receiving friends one hour prior in the church. Entombment will be in St. Bernard Mausoleum.
