Nancy M. Stewart

Stewart, Nancy M., 65, of New Carlisle, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 in her home. Nancy was born March 16, 1950 in Springfield the daughter of Paul and Ida Mae (Apple) Taylor. She worked as an STNA for the Ohio Masonic Home for many years, but most recently worked for Genesis Health Care, Troy, Ohio. She was a faithful Christian and life member of First Christian Church where she helped with Vacation Bible School, military ministry and was a Sunday school helper. Survivors include her husband, Harold E. Stewart; two children, Jenny (Carl) Blackson and Robert (Tootie) Stewart; and a sister, Mary Jones. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert; and three sisters, Libby Robbins, Betty Ricketts and Shirley Kidder. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. in CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Joel Augustus officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
