Michael C. Maddalena

Maddalena, Michael C., 53, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. Mike was born June 16, 1963 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England to Guido and Catherine (McHale) Maddalena. He was a 1981 graduate of North High School, and was a member of St. Bernard Church. Mike was an avid collector of coins and fossils. He was a brilliant soccer player and rock and roll fan. Survivors include three brothers, Paul, Nick (Heather) and Dan Maddalena; four nieces and nephews, Michael, Dominic, Sophie and Lucy; and two great nephews, Mason and Camden. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5pm-7pm in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:00am in St. Bernard Church. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
