Melanie Jane Hohlmayer

Hohlmayer, Melanie Jane, 56, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017. She was born on June 4, 1961 in Springfield the daughter of Roderick and Donna (Kelly) Perkins. Survivors include her four children, Abigail (Corey) Burk, Joseph Hohlmayer, Jr., Patricia Hohlmayer and James Hohlmayer all of Springfield; grandson, A.J. Hootman and four siblings, Doug Perkins, Diane Frock, Melinda (Mike) Gamble and Roderick Perkins, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Deacon Norm Horstman officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Springfield Regional Cancer Center.
