Mary L. Bowshier

BOWSHIER, Mary L., 86, of Springfield, passed away July 22, 2018 in Good Shepherd Village. She was born June 3, 1932 in Chillicothe, Ohio the daughter of Terrence and Leona Faye (Ratcliff) Copeland. Mary retired as the head cook at Warder Park Elementary in 1997. Survivors include her six children and spouses, Michael Bowshier, Springfield, Peggy & Jon Rupert, Springfield, Debbie & Stu Kambury, The Colony, TX, Jerry & Pat Bowshier, Columbus, Mark & Colleen Bowshier, Springfield and Angela & Mike Phelps, Gahanna; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Bruce & Pat Copeland, Lois & Junior Davis and Larry & Betty Copeland and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry in 2005, a son, Jerry and a brother, Terry. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will follow beginning at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor John Pollock officiating.
