Martha G. Midgley

MIDGLEY, Martha G., 93, of Springfield, OH, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2018 in Vancrest of Urbana. Martha was born June 30, 1924 in Urbana, OH to Warren and Ruth (Lyons) Ream. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene and brother, Jack. Martha is survived by her sons, Mike (Rita) and Steve (Vicki); grandchildren, Amy (Tim), David (Emily), Lindsey (Robert), Alison (Greg) and Cody; step-grandchildren, Tina, Jennifer (Damon) and Gretchen (Mike); great grandchildren, Cameron, Ethan, Peyton, Ben and Nora; and step-great grandchildren, Sara, Rachel, Sophia, Eli, Calvin, Parker, Taylor and Caleb. Martha enjoyed square dancing, playing cards, reading and spending time with family and friends. Her memorial service will be held on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Mike Stewart officiating. Visitation will be held one and a half hours prior, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home. A private burial of ashes will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
