Marilyn J. Miller

MILLER, Marilyn J., 84, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015in Heartland of Springfield. She was born January 4, 1931 in South Vienna, Ohio the daughter of George and Mary (Greaser) Ridder. Marilyn and her husband farmed for a living in South Vienna, raising livestock and dairy farming. She was a lifetime member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Foster Miller in 1995; three children, Benny, Steve and Susan Miller; one brother, George "Elno" Ridder and a special cousin, Martha Cochran. The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the caregivers at Heartland and while she was home. Also, to all her neighbors, for their care and support over the years. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Thursday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor John Pollock officiating. Burial will follow in Somerford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or your favorite charity.
