Margaret Saum

SAUM, Margaret A., 72, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 in the Ohio Masonic Home. She was born October 12, 1941 in Springfield the daughter of Edward M. and Rose (Amato) Munger. Margaret worked as a restaurant manager for Hardees Restaurants for 20 years. Survivors include two children, Debra McGinnis & her fiancé Bob Luedeke and David & Dolla Nawman, both of Springfield; four grandchildren, Justin & Leslie Nawman, Christopher Nawman, Holly McGinnis, Michael McGinnis; one great granddaughter, Regan Nawman; one sister, Charlotte Robinson and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jack Saum in 1987. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Brian Farr officiating. Burial will follow in Fletcher Chapel Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Margaret's name to the Humane Society.
