Margaret L. Malahy

MALAHY, Margaret L., 95, of Springfield, died Monday, August 25, 2014 at Friends Care Community Assisted Living, Yellow Springs. She was born August 28, 1918, the loving daughter of Patrick T. and Anna C. (Kohle) Malahy. She worked for 59 years for Matthew Brown & Matthew M. Brown, Attorneys. Beloved aunt of Tom (Barb) Joseph of Springfield, Ohio and Barry (Carol) Wood of Cincinnati, Ohio, she is also survived by cherished cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Richard Malahy, and one sister, Patricia Clawson. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:10 p.m. Friday in St. Raphael Catholic Church. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity.
