Margaret Ann Holtz

HOLTZ, Margaret Ann, 88, of Gahanna, Ohio, entered into eternal rest in her home on November 2, 2013 at 4:44 pm. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio February 6, 1925, the daughter of Peter and Martha (Tychonievich) Skaleski. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Northwood Hills Country Club, a member of the Seniors Bowling League of Victory Lanes, and a devoted mother. Survivors include eight children and spouses, Martha and Bob Visnic of St. Clairsville, Ohio, John and Shari Holtz Jr. of Neenah, WI, Robert and Anne Holtz of Urbana, Ohio, Elizabeth Murphy of Keller, Texas, Olga and Terry Magyar of Gahanna, Ohio, Janet and Brian Laib of Springfield, Ohio, Loretta and Ed Brackman of Gahanna, Ohio, Michael and Carolina Holtz of Tierra Verde, Florida; 22 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband John Haggerty Holtz Sr., two sisters, Olga Skaleski, Jessie (Skaleski) Helms, and one brother William Skaleski. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday in St. Teresa Catholic Church, Springfield, Ohio with burial in St. Bernard Cemetery.
