Lori Anne Smith

Smith, Lori Anne, 53 of Springfield, passed away at 5:29 p.m. Thursday, October 1, 2015 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Springfield on September 7, 1962 the daughter of Ralph and Judith (Moore) Savage. She was a member of Vineyard Church of Northridge. Survivors include her husband, Richard L. "Rick"; two daughters and son-in-law, Hailey (Adam) Stewart and Hillary Smith; six grandchildren, Rylan, Elijah, Ethan, Isabella, Addison and Oliver; sister, Lisa Elam; two nieces, Alexandra Elam and Zennia Martindale and two nephews, Todd and William Smith. Her family would like to give a special thank you to the Emergency Department, CVICU and ICU at the hospital and nurses, Lucy, Drue and Becky and Dr. Ashraf for their excellent care. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in Vineyard Church of Northridge with Pastor Neil Haney officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service in the church. Burial will be in Terre Haute Cemetery. Arrangements by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
