Lois V. (Rine) Ransbottom

Ransbottom, Lois V. (Rine), 91, of Springfield, passed away March 20, 2017 in Forest Glen Health Campus. She was born in Washington Court House, Ohio, on August 16, 1925, daughter of the late Leonard and Gertrude (Ferguson) Rine. Lois was married to her late husband Robert E. Ransbottom for 68 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of First Lutheran Church of Springfield. She is survived by sons, Robert C. (Mary Fran) Ransbottom, and Thomas C. (Lynn) Ransbottom; grandchildren, Renee, Rachel and Michael Ransbottom, Sara (Matt) Hahn, Eric (Ryan ); great-grandson Micah Hahn; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings Robert (Penny) Rine, and Jean (Bill) Moore. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Conroy Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
