Laura M. Esposito

Esposito, Laura M., 105, of Urbana, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Urbana Health and Rehab. Laura was born May 12, 1919 in Urbana, Ohio, the daughter of Nick and Frances (DeVouno) Marino. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Urbana and a former member of St. Teresa Catholic Church. Laura also volunteered at Mercy Hospital for over 40 years and worked for the Board of Elections. Survivors include nieces and nephews, Sienna (Frank) Marino, Sandy Marino, Jim Marino, Cindy Marino, Phil Downs, Anna Marie (Russ) Delay, Michael (Gail) Jacks and Sandy (Mike) Harris; and numerous great-nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony in 1992; five siblings, Margaret, Frank, Joe, Edith and Victoria; and a nephew, John Marino. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Teresa Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
