Kathleen M. Bookman

BOOKMAN, Kathleen M., 67, of Springfield, passed away May 8, 2017 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. Kathleen was born January 17, 1950 in Whittier, California to Ralph Leo and Elizabeth Ellen (Ezell) Ward. She enjoyed volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul as often as possible. Survivors include two daughters, Shawn McCoy and Sandra (Wayne) Nimmo; three grandchildren, Gabrielle Keplar, Tayla McCoy and James Champion; two great grandchildren, Emma Rose McCoy and Andrew Glenn Keplar; son-in-law, Timothy McCoy; three siblings, Laura, David and Jack; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James, in 2010. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 6:00 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Deacon Norm Horstman officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul.
