Jodie Lynn Chase

Jodie Lynn Chase, "JoJo", 69, entered eternal life on Saturday January 4, 2025 with her loved ones by her side. Born in Springfield, Ohio on June 30, 1955 to Donald and Emma Chase. She was a 1973 graduate of Catholic Central High School, and worked at Mercy St. John's Center. Jodie had a special God given gift for her love of children, almost always having a baby in her arms or a toddler at her side. Her most special loved ones are her nieces and nephews - Shannon (John), Evan and Eli Webb, Christopher (Tawney) and Gauge Webb, Megan (Christopher), Emma, Logan and Palmer Reuss, Ryan (Julie) and Clara Stocke, Dustin (Stephanie) Stocke, and Brady Satterfield. Also survived by sisters - Kim (Guy) Green and Cheryl (Randy) Stocke, and loving boyfriend, Terry Williams, extended family and friends. Jodie loved cheering on her Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State Buckeyes with her family. Throughout her battle of failing health this past year, she fought and prayed daily while never complaining. We will all miss her phone calls and FaceTimes as she loved connecting with her family and friends most. Jodie was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, sisters Amy Satterfield and Andrea Chase, loving aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. Thank you Springfield Regional Hospital and OSU Hospital for your amazing care. You were all AWESOME! Thank you everyone for all your blessings and prayers. Celebration of Life Ceremony will be Sunday January 12, 2025 at Windy Knoll The Derby. Ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00AM, followed by lunch and sharing memories with her family.
