Joanne L. Babineaux

Babineaux, Joanne L., 84, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 in Kobacker Hospice, Columbus, OH. Joanne was born March 29, 1933 in Springfield, Ohio to William and Dorothy (Adams) Roush. She was a long time member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include two sons, Steve (Leslie) Babineaux and Rick (Deb) Babineaux; two daughters, Cindy (Billy) Stokes and Shari (Andy) Knapp; 11 grandchildren, Evan, Arielle, Adam, Chris, Cody, Heather, Jessica, Brandi, Scott, Brandon and C.J.; 7 great grandchildren, Ethan, Garrett, Karsen, Aiden, Aurora, Emma and Landyn; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in 2013; and two siblings, Gene Roush and Martha McDorman. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 - 6:45 p.m., with the VFW Ladies Auxiliary service beginning at 6:45 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Dr., Columbus, OH 43214.
