TROSTEL, Jason M., 38, of Celebration, Florida, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 27, 2018. Jason was born October 4, 1979 in Springfield, Ohio. He was employed as a Strategic Alliance Manager for Q2 of Austin, TX. He was also a member on the Jack Henry and Associates-iPay Solutions Client Advisory Board. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Jo Ann (Baumgardner) and Bill Stapleton of Springfield; Special friend Courtney Miller and his cherished canine best friend, Archie; father, Michael Trostel; Stepbrother, Josh (Chris) Stapleton and their children, Connor and Carter; stepsister, Beth (Jason) Elliott and their children, Kaden and Brody; Aunts, Elaine Stevenson (Bob Yingst) and Kay Baumgardner; Uncles, John (Cathy) Baumgardner and Randy (Vicky) Trostel; and a Great Aunt Marge Slanker; Aunt Holly Smith Watson & family; Uncle Jeff Smith; and lifelong special friend Andrea Jones McCloskey. He is also survived by many cousins and friends whom he deeply cherished. Jason attended Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church when visiting Springfield, and attended Celebration Presbyterian Church in Celebration, Florida. Jason had a very deep faith and is now at peace in heaven. Jason was a man that was large in stature but that was nothing compared to the size of his smile or his heart. His smile was so powerful that even on the toughest of days it was impossible not to smile when you saw him. Jason displayed poise and composure that was well beyond his years and he will be missed by the many individual lives he touched. He worked hard to be a better person every day of his life. At Q2 he built deep and meaningful relationships with his co-workers, customers and business partners as a member of the Strategic Alliances team. Many knew and loved Jason, and will cherish the memories of him. Jason had the unique ability to make new friends wherever he was. He would light up a room with his laughter and smile, and everyone was truly blessed to have been impacted by him. He was 100% engaged with the people around him, passionately caring about making a difference. Jason was a huge football fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, loved bicycling, walking Celebration, Florida trails and was an avid Disney fan. He deeply cherished family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Grace Lutheran Church with Pastor Dan Powell officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Life service in Celebration, FL will be held at a later date.
