James Richard McFann

McFann, James Richard, 82, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born September 15, 1931 in Lawrence County, OH the son of Albert and Marcella (Thompson) McFann. James retired from Bauer Brothers after 35 years, and was a member of the Union Club and Machinist Club. Survivors include his daughter, Mary E. Jenkins; three sisters, Esther Comtois, Rosemary Joseph and Carolyn Shepard; a brother, Donald McFann; one grandson, Matt Jenkins; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel; and long time companion, Lucille Rice. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
