Jack F. Trego

TREGO, Jack F., 81, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2014 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born December 18, 1932 in Chillicothe, Ohio the son of Frank C. and Nellie J. (McNeal) Trego. Jack worked as an electrician for Robbins and Myers for 37 years retiring in 1988. He was a member of the Machinist Club, VFW #25, Amvets and the Social Club. Survivors include his wife, Juanita (Humble); two sons and spouses, Rick & Mary Trego, Ft. Wayne, IN and Vince & Kim Trego, San Diego, CA; four stepchildren, Cindy Williams, Connie Warren, Cathy Gilliam and Brian Holt; three grandchildren, Amanda, Nathan and Ryan; several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Reeb, Florida, Donna Lowry, Springfield and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Elsie Snorf and Barb Curel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will held two hours prior beginning at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
