Helen F. Wisler

WISLER, Helen F. 91, of Columbus, OH, formerly of Springfield, OH, died June 8, 2014 in Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born August 7, 1922 in Springfield, OH to Frank and Frances (Griffin) Downing. Helen was a member of St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church. Survivors include five children, Jerry Wisler and John Wisler, Hilliard, OH, Jim Wisler, Dublin, OH, Kathy (Dan) Mahoney and Joe Wisler, Hilliard, OH; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, George D. in 1990. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 10th at St. Brendan the Navigator Church, 4500 Dublin Rd., Hilliard, OH where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 11th, Monsignor John Johnson presiding. Burial, with the Rite of Commendation, will follow at 2:00 PM in St. Bernard Cemetery, Springfield, OH. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity in Helens memory.
