Harold J. Foster

Foster, Harold J., 79, of Springfield, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 20, 2017 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. Harold was born October 1, 1937 in Winchester, OH to Raymond and Laura (Roush) Foster. He worked as a baker for Schaffer's Bakery for many years, and later retired from Fulmer's Bakery. He attended Beacon Street Church. Survivors include one son, Rick (Theresa) Foster; one grandson, Matthew (Ashley) Foster; and numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. He was preceded in death by his ex-wife, Mary Foster-Grenat; and seven siblings. Funeral service will be on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Joe Dillard officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
