Glenora J. Mercer

Mercer, Glenora J., 78, died Monday, September 5, 2016 at Friends Care Community. Glenora graduated from Kiser High School in 1955 and from the University of Dayton in 1959. She taught in Yellow Springs and in Xenia at Central Junior High and served as a counselor at Xenia High School. Glenora was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Mercer and her parents, Garth and Glenna Hammond. In lieu of flowers, gifts in Glenora's memory may be sent to the Glen Helen Association, 405 Corry Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387. There will be no service.
