Franklin Roosevelt "Frank" Isaac

Isaac, Franklin R. “Frank”, 80, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025 in the Dayton VA Medical Center. Frank was born November 7, 1944 in Knott County, Kentucky, the son of Perry E. and Lina (Johnson) Isaac. He was a machinist by trade and retired from Cooper Energy. He was also an avid fan of UK Basketball. Survivors include four children, Lee Spencer, Suzanne Burden, Laura Woodhouse and Brian (Jheciel) Isaac; fourteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two siblings, Allen (Margaret) Isaac and Gloria Jean (Gary) Korns; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra in 2024; son, Jon Spencer; grandson, Ryan Reed; and 11 siblings, Sylvester Isaac, Hearlie Isaac, Arthur Isaac, Hiram Isaac, Albert Isaac, Pearlie Isaac, Nannie Ewing, Sirena Isaac, Ella Mae Isaac, Virginia Isaac-Horsley and Anna Lou Howard. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25 at 10:30 a.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in North Cemetery, Cedarville.
