Frances C. Binegar

Binegar, Frances C., 99, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017. She was born in Clark County on April 12, 1917 the daughter of Henry and Mary (Petecell) Eipper. She retired in 1980 from Mercy Medical Center as an LPN after working there for 20 years. She was a member of First Christian Church. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Mary Binegar; seven grandchildren, Diana (Tim) Ross, Scott (Beverly) Binegar, Chris Kaiser, Sarah (Jimmy) Hatter, Billie Jo Dever, Shawna Binegar and Kathy Binegar; nine great grandchildren and very close friend, Barry Garrett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville in 1980; son, David in 1991; brother, James and sister, Myrtle Williams. Her funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Craig Grammer officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Terre Haute Cemetery.
