Elmer L. Sebastian, Jr.

Sebastian, Jr., Elmer L., 82, of Springfield, passed away Friday, December 8, 2017 in St. Petersburg, FL. Elmer was born October 10, 1935 in Jenkins, KY to Elmer and Elsie (Taulbee) Sebastian, Sr. He was a member of Sunset Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include four children, Dwayne (Cheryl) Sebastian, Patti (Brian) Goffe, Karen (Mike) Kobak and Bethany Sebastian; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; five siblings, Gloria, Nancy, Irene, Vivian and Mike; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maryetta; and five siblings, Ed, Harold, Faye, Dolores and Maureen. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Steve Wallace officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, South Charleston.
