Elisia Bernadette (Blattner) Brugger

BRUGGER, Elisia Bernadette (Blattner), 65, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. She was a dedicated teacher with a passion for education who most recently worked for Greenon Local Schools. She was a graduate of Catholic Central High School, St. Mary of the Woods College, University of Dayton, and Antioch University Midwest. She was married to Lawrence R. Brugger, Jr. for 41 years and was a loving mother of 5 children: Megan Brugger of Xenia, Louisa (Hideo) Tsuchida of Dayton, Jennifer (Jeff) Chandler of Sarasota, FL, Mary Frances Brugger of Springfield, and Joseph (Kaysi Crawford) Brugger of Springfield. She was also the proud grandmother of Hailey, Julia, Jaxson, Caroline, Ruben, Richie, and Brenden. She was also survived by an aunt, Sister Bernadette Kambeitz. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martha and Joe Blattner, and brother, Alek Blattner. A private service will be held for close friends and family.
