Edward L. Shaw

Shaw, Edward L., 55, of Springfield, passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 in his home. Eddie was born October 21, 1961 in Springfield, Ohio to Robert and Lillian "Marie" (Shoemaker) Shaw, Sr. He was a member of The Union Club, The Machinist Club, Eagles 397 and VFW 3660. Survivors include one son, Vincent Shaw; three grandchildren, Cody, Charles and Wyatt Shaw; three siblings, Gene (Barb), Rick and Betsy; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Betty Massie officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Vale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
