Dorothy M. Albright

ALBRIGHT, Dorothy M., 92, formerly of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Columbus. She was born September 5, 1932 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Leon and Frances Aldridge. She had worked at Ohio Dominican University in housekeeping for a number of years. Dorothy enjoyed traveling and going out to eat at her favorite restaurant, Bob Evans. She was active for many years at Gillie’s recreation center and enjoyed dancing and crafting. Dorothy loved Angels, Baby Dolls, Dogs and of course Elvis. The wonderful DSP's and Administrative Staff of Brook's Supported Living, Franklin County Service Coordinator, Franklin County Guardianship Service Board and The Amazing care provided by the Nurses at HealthCo, all play a huge role in making Dorothy's life as Beautiful as she was. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl in 2014 and several brothers and sisters. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with visitation being held one hour prior. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
