Debra L. Henderson

Henderson, Debra L., 65, of Springfield, went to be with Jesus Wednesday, November 23, 2016 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born April 2, 1951 in Springfield to Jack and Mary Gene (Miller) Shepard. She was employed as a Human Resource Specialist for Oesterlen Services for Youth and was a member of Fellowship Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, William J. "Bill" Henderson, II; three children, Amy Mansfield of Springfield, Carrie (Brian) Windham of New Braunfels, TX and Jennifer Mansfield Price of Springfield; three step-sons, William "Jay" (Amy) Henderson, III of Wheeling, WV, Keith (Cyndi) Henderson of Salt Lake City, UT and Michael (Lea) Henderson of Cincinnati; 11 grandchildren, Meghan, Olivia, Zoe, Veronica, Ian, Aidan, Cameron, Avery, Rowan, Alec and Aris; 9 step-grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, Mark Shepard of Madeira Beach, FL; ex-husband and special friend, Jerry Mansfield of Springfield and her church family in the Bill Fagan prayer group. She was preceded in death by a special friend, Sue DeWitt. Her funeral service will be held on Monday at 4:00 p.m. in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Grant Edwards officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Fellowship Christian Church or Oesterlen Services for Youth.
