Deborah Campbell

Campbell, Deborah, 66, of South Charleston, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 in her home. Deborah was born March 20, 1951 in Springfield, OH to James and Genevera (Currey) Wood. She was a member of Hillside Avenue Church of God, where she participated in Creative Kindness. She was also a member of the Christian Women's Connection and mentored students at Warder Park/Wayne Elementary School through Kids Hope USA. She is survived by her husband, Brian Campbell; two children, Shelly Ross and Christopher Campbell; four grandchildren, Gerica Eagen, Bradley Ross, TJ Campbell and Emma Campbell; one great grandson, Jace Peters; four siblings, Danita (Robert) Lee, Sheila (Gary) Laser, Sherry (Chuck) Schafer and James Wood; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Hillside Avenue Church of God with Pastor Larry Cook officiating. Visitation will be held one-hour prior in the church, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Creative Kindness at Hillside Avenue Church of God. Arrangements handled by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
