Connie L. Bayliss

Bayliss, Connie L. (Helton), 72, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 26, 2024 surrounded by family. She was born February 12, 1952 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Oakley and Wilma Jean (Jordan) Helton. She was a graduate of Shawnee High School and retired from Springfield Poultry after 30 years. Connie most enjoyed time spent with family (and cats), as well as gardening. Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Terry; three children, Jack (Andrea) Bayliss, Jenny (Dan) Henslee, and Jill Stewart; three grandchildren, Morgan, Logan, and Mason; three siblings, Sharon (Larry) Reisinger, Rhonda (Jerry) Olsheski and Tim Helton; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her mother-in-law, Donna Bayliss. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th, at 11:00 a.m. at CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will precede services at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
