Claude Dotson

Dotson, Claude, 95, of Springfield, passed away at 9:00 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2016 at his son's home. He was born April 14, 1920 in Thacker, West Virginia the son of George and Roxie Dotson. He was a Truck Driver for Kenosha Auto Transport for 23 years and was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Air Force. Survivors include his two sons, Randy (Judy) Dotson and Danny Paul Dotson both of Springfield; three grandchildren, Claude Nicholas Dotson, Melissa Dotson and Monica Dotson and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah in 1991 and his son, Claude Wilson Dotson in 1984. His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Bill Blain officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
