Clarence Weber

Weber, Clarence F., 91, of Springfield, passed away at 3:46 a.m. Monday, May 19, 2014 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Sardinia, Ohio on May 22, 1922 the son of Charles and Margaret (Faul) Weber. He retired from Kenosha Auto Transport after 29 years of service. He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Union Club and a lifetime member of V.F.W. Post 1031. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army in Northern Africa and Italy. Survivors include his two sons, Fred (Pat) Weber of Michigan and David Weber of Springfield; four granddaughters, Rachel Kast, Maureen Schickel, Correen Spurlin and Krysta Abner and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou in 2003. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Bernard Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
